Lesley Adams is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. During my career I have resided and worked in the UK, France and Australia, as well as having the opportunity to visit and work extensively with Leadership teams in the Middle East, South America, East Timor, the USA and Europe.
Most recently I have been accountable for leadership development, particularly at executive levels as well as succession planning, strategic resourcing, indigenous development and employment and broader diversity strategies. As a business partner to the executive leadershp team, I provide coaching and advice with respect to the professional and personal development of employees to achieve the company's strategic goals; as well as coaching to continually improve the company culture that allows all employees to do their best work.
My experience has been in both HR Business Partner and Corporate roles devising strategic policies and practices for global implementation and I utilise this blend of knowledge and experiences to the company's advantage. Along with my team, I have enjoyed developing global programs which include leadership and coaching to improve organisational performance, effective performance and career development conversations, counselling and diversity to improve business outcomes.
